We wash all items in cold water and dry on medium heat, unless you've noted preferences in the app. Standard orders are completed within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Need it faster? Choose Express (24 hours) or Express+ for a custom turnaround time.

Your clothes come back fresh, folded, and neatly packed — right back in a locker. You'll get a notification the moment your order is ready. Just open the app, grab your bag, and go. Orders must be picked up within 3 days of completion.

Our Clarion Coin Laundry is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Refund request papers are in the back of the utility room door pocket. These are reviewed and refunds are issued on a case by case basis. If the refund request is not filled out in its entirety, legibly, and placed under the utility room door, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please be available to answer questions about your refund so we are able to troubleshoot the issue. If a refund is found to be valid, it will be issued via USPS to the address that was on the request.
Yes, we offer drop-off laundry locker services! It takes 2 minutes to drop off and 2 minutes to pick up :-)
Our washing machines range from $3.75 per load to $10.50.
We have 2) 80 lb Dexter washers, 2) 60 lb Dexter washers, 4) 45 lb Dexter washers, 15) 22 lb Encore front load washers, 5) Encore top load washers, 8) 50 lb Dexter dryers, 18) 30 lb Dexter dryers.
Please leave at least 1 hand width from the top of the drum to the top of your items. If you have unusually heavy items, please wash these by themselves or they may not wring out correctly.
Every single washer has a sticker that will tell you how much soap each particular washer will need. Too much soap and your items will not wash properly or wring out. PODS and powder detergent need to placed in the drum with your items.
Yes! Our 8 large washers and 15 smaller front load washers are equipped to take your card. We also offer a loyalty program. Sign up for the Flex app. There will be a temporary $15 hold on all card readers.
A temporary hold protects the merchant from insufficient funds or fraudulent transactions. This is NOT a charge and does NOT last more than 24 hours. This will not show up on your bank statement as it's only a temporary hold or pre-authorization. When your card is swiped you will see a pending transaction online or in your banking app until the transaction settles. EXAMPLE: $3.75 wash will be a $15 hold. 2) $11 washes will be a $30 hold. When the transaction settles you will only be charged for the amount of the actual wash chosen.
The Flex app gives you the ability to start the machine from your phone, track the time on the machine so you are able to promptly remove your items for another customers use, and earn money off or FREE washes!
We will wash your clothes all together unless specified in your preferences.
Yes! You can select our Express or Express+ options and your order will be completed within a 24 hour period or less. This service is an extra fee (per lb) + $20 for the Express+.
We have a 12lb minimum or $21.00. If your bag of items is less than 12lbs then you will be charged $21.00 unless it's an express order or pet laundry. These services are an additional cost.
I'm sorry, but since we are an unattended laundromat we are unable to accept cash payments. All of the orders will need a card associated with them and will be charged once the order has been weighed and accepted by the customer.
Nope! And this goes for self serve and W/D/F services. There is only a temporary hold of $15 for the self serve washing machines equipped with the card readers.

The basic per pound price covers light and dark colored items that can be sorted. We use premium concentrated detergents, softeners; washing, drying, folding and packaging. Blankets, furniture covers, pet laundry, sheets, etc. are different pricing per pound or charged by the item.
Absolutely NOT! We label and wash your items in their own washers and dry them in their own dryer. We track every step through our platform.

Clarion Coin Laundry Terms of Service
- Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for clothing items that bleed, shrink, or otherwise change as a result of normal washing.
- Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for lost articles unless proven that CCL was responsible for the loss.
- CCL accepts all laundered garments on the basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count (except for our per item list mentioned in our services)
- CCL is not responsible for any items left in the store over 14 days. More than 14 days will incur a storage fee. Items left for 30+ days will be donated.
- CCL is not responsible for damage to items labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" and is not responsible for checking such labels on customer clothing. Customers must check labels before sending them for washing.
- CCL is not responsible for loss or damage to personal or non-cleanable items left in clothing or bags, such as money, jewelry, or other valuables. This includes items left in pockets (e.g., ink pens, markers, lip balm) that may cause damage during cleaning. Customers agree not to leave such items in their clothing or bags.
- CCL is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items left unattended drop-off. CCL will not leave any bags unattended unless requested by the customer.
- CCL reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or refuse to clean any item.
- CCL does not guarantee the removal of all stains.
- CCL will not clean clothing infested with scabies, bed bugs, mites, fleas or any other contagious parasites or insects.
- At its sole discretion, CCL may reimburse customers for lost or damaged laundry items, up to a maximum of $150.00 per order or $25.00 for every 10 pounds of laundry, regardless of brand or condition. Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of pick up. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes a waiver of the claim.
- CCL liability is limited to the cost of services provided under the agreement. In no event shall CCL be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, whether foreseeable or not.
- WDF services are paid for at the time of weighing and acceptance by the customer. Laundry will not be processed without prior payment.
- This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the parties and cannot be modified without a written agreement signed by both parties. The agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Clarion Coin Laundry operates.
- Clarion Coin Laundry is a sales platform marketing laundry services, specifically wash and fold services. Users put in an order, which is paid by credit card or other related financial instruments transmitted to Clarion Coin Laundry or one of its Licensees, which then either picks up the laundry from the User or collects laundry deposited by the User at a set physical address. Receipts will be generated by the site and sent to Users of the Website / App. All payments for services, products, information, or otherwise, offered through the Website / App are non-refundable. You hereby authorize Clarion Coin Laundry’s payment processing agent to charge your credit card (or other approved payment facility) in accordance with Clarion Coin Laundry’s billing policy, which shall be displayed on the Website / App. You further agree to pay all fees and charges on time, and Clarion Coin Laundry may terminate or disable your access to the App or your Account if you fail to pay any amount owing to Clarion Coin Laundry when due. You agree that you will pay all costs of collection, including legal fees, incurred by Clarion Coin Laundry. In accordance with Clarion Coin Laundry’s billing policy, Clarion Coin Laundry may require a membership period of a certain length with payments automatically deducted from Users’ accounts or as otherwise agreed to by Users. You agree to pay all applicable taxes or charges imposed by any governmental entity in connection with your use of the Website / App. All costs and fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars, and You acknowledge and agree that Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or other fees charged to you by your financial institution or Clarion Coin Laundry’s payment processor. You agree that you will not initiate any chargebacks to Clarion Coin Laundry unless otherwise authorized by Clarion Coin Laundry in writing. You understand and agree that you will be responsible and required to pay for any costs associated with any chargebacks that you have initiated against Clarion Coin Laundry. In the event you dispute the amount or validity of any payments made under this Agreement, you must notify Clarion Coin Laundry within ten (10) days of any such dispute. You understand that your failure to notify Clarion Coin Laundry of any dispute within ten (10) days will constitute your express waiver of any claims related to the disputed payment.
