Clarion Coin Laundry Terms of Service

1. Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for clothing items that bleed, shrink, or otherwise change as a result of normal washing.
2. Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for lost articles unless proven that Clarion Coin Laundry was responsible for the loss.
3. Clarion Coin Laundry accepts all laundered garments on the basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.
4. Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for any items left in the store over 14 days.  More than 14 days will incur a storage fee.  Items left for 30+ days will be donated.
5. Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for damage to items labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” and is not responsible for checking such labels on customer clothing. Customers must check labels before sending them for washing. 
6. Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for loss or damage to personal or non-cleanable items left in clothing or bags, such as money, jewelry, or other valuables. This includes items left in pockets (e.g., ink pens, markers, lip balm) that may cause damage during cleaning. Customers agree not to leave such items in their clothing or bags.
7. Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items left unattended drop-off. Clarion Coin Laundry will not leave any bags unattended unless requested by the customer.
8. Clarion Coin Laundry reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or refuse to clean any item.
9. Clarion Coin Laundry does not guarantee the removal of all stains.
10. Clarion Coin Laundry will not clean clothing infested with scabies, bed bugs, mites, fleas, or any other contagious parasites or insects.
11. At its sole discretion, Clarion Coin Laundry may reimburse customers for lost or damaged laundry items, up to a maximum of $150.00 per order or $25.00 for every 10 pounds of laundry, regardless of brand or condition. Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of pick up. Failure to report within this time constitutes a waiver of the claim.
12. Clarion Coin Laundry may reimburse clients for lost dry cleaning items in accordance with industry standards, not exceeding ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item. Claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery; otherwise, the claim is waived.
13. Clarion Coin Laundry’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided under the agreement. In no event shall Clarion Coin Laundry be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, whether foreseeable or not.
14. Invoices must be paid in full before the pick up of laundry. Invoices are provided via phone, email, or text before pick up.
15. This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the parties and cannot be modified without a written agreement signed by both parties. The agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Clarion Coin Laundry operates.
