Terms of Use

This software is provided for personal use only and is not to be used for commercial purposes unless expressly approved by Clarion Coin Laundry. By using this software application and any related websites ("App"), you agree to the terms set forth in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the App. Clarion Coin Laundry reserves the right to modify or terminate this Agreement at any time without notice.

Warranties

You warrant that you are of sound mind and able to comply with all applicable laws, and that you are not restricted from entering into this Agreement by any pre-existing agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Privacy Policy

Clarion Coin Laundry incorporates its Privacy Policy by reference as though fully stated here.

Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property

Clarion Coin Laundry owns all rights to the App and its content, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. Any unauthorized use, including reverse engineering or distribution of the App, is prohibited and may result in termination of your access.

Registered Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If unauthorized access occurs, you must notify Clarion Coin Laundry immediately.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to upload any content that violates the rights of third parties or any applicable laws. By uploading content, you waive your rights to privacy and publicity with respect to that content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Clarion Coin Laundry from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the App, including any violations of this Agreement.

Payment

All services and products provided via the App are non-refundable. You agree to pay all fees in a timely manner and will be responsible for any collection costs, including legal fees.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CLARION COIN LAUNDRY PROVIDES THE APP "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. This includes warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so certain exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

CLARION COIN LAUNDRY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by you or Clarion Coin Laundry. Clarion Coin Laundry may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice for any reason.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Clarion Coin Laundry operates.

Disclaimer

Clarion Coin Laundry Terms of Service

Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for clothing items that bleed, shrink, or otherwise change as a result of normal washing.
Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for lost articles unless proven that Clarion Coin Laundry was responsible for the loss.
Clarion Coin Laundry accepts all laundered garments on the basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.
Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for any items left in the store over 14 days. More than 14 days will incur a storage fee. Items left for 30+ days will be donated.
Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for damage to items labeled “hand wash only” or “dry clean only” and is not responsible for checking such labels on customer clothing. Customers must check labels before sending them for washing.
Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for loss or damage to personal or non-cleanable items left in clothing or bags, such as money, jewelry, or other valuables. This includes items left in pockets (e.g., ink pens, markers, lip balm) that may cause damage during cleaning. Customers agree not to leave such items in their clothing or bags.
Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of items left unattended drop-off. Clarion Coin Laundry will not leave any bags unattended unless requested by the customer.
Clarion Coin Laundry reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or refuse to clean any item.
Clarion Coin Laundry does not guarantee the removal of all stains.
Clarion Coin Laundry will not clean clothing infested with scabies, bed bugs, mites, fleas, or any other contagious parasites or insects.
At its sole discretion, Clarion Coin Laundry may reimburse customers for lost or damaged laundry items, up to a maximum of $100.00 per order or $20.00 for every 10 pounds of laundry, regardless of brand or condition. Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of pick up. Failure to report within this time constitutes a waiver of the claim.
Clarion Coin Laundry may reimburse clients for lost dry cleaning items in accordance with industry standards, not exceeding ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item. Claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery; otherwise, the claim is waived.
Clarion Coin Laundry’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided under the agreement. In no event shall Clarion Coin Laundry be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, whether foreseeable or not.
Invoices must be paid in full before the pick up of laundry. Invoices are provided via phone, email, or text before pick up.
This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the parties and cannot be modified without a written agreement signed by both parties. The agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Clarion Coin Laundry operates.
Clarion Coin Laundry is a sales platform marketing laundry services, specifically wash and fold services. Users put in an order, which is paid by credit card or other related financial instruments transmitted to Clarion Coin Laundry or one of its Licensees, which then either picks up the laundry from the User or collects laundry deposited by the User at a set physical address. Receipts will be generated by the site and sent to Users of the Website / App.

All payments for services, products, information, or otherwise, offered through the Website / App are non-refundable. You hereby authorize Clarion Coin Laundry’s payment processing agent to charge your credit card (or other approved payment facility) in accordance with Clarion Coin Laundry’s billing policy, which shall be displayed on the Website / App. You further agree to pay all fees and charges on time, and Clarion Coin Laundry may terminate or disable your access to the App or your Account if you fail to pay any amount owing to Clarion Coin Laundry when due. You agree that you will pay all costs of collection, including legal fees, incurred by Clarion Coin Laundry. In accordance with Clarion Coin Laundry’s billing policy, Clarion Coin Laundry may require a membership period of a certain length with payments automatically deducted from Users’ accounts or as otherwise agreed to by Users.

You agree to pay all applicable taxes or charges imposed by any governmental entity in connection with your use of the Website / App. All costs and fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars, and You acknowledge and agree that Clarion Coin Laundry is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or other fees charged to you by your financial institution or Clarion Coin Laundry’s payment processor. You agree that you will not initiate any chargebacks to Clarion Coin Laundry unless otherwise authorized by Clarion Coin Laundry in writing. You understand and agree that you will be responsible and required to pay for any costs associated with any chargebacks that you have initiated against Clarion Coin Laundry.

In the event you dispute the amount or validity of any payments made under this Agreement, you must notify Clarion Coin Laundry within ten (10) days of any such dispute. You understand that your failure to notify Clarion Coin Laundry of any dispute within ten (10) days will constitute your express waiver of any claims related to the disputed payment.
